Earth–Body Reconciliation: Flow, Discharge, and Conscious Balance
This section brings together several streams of inquiry into one integrated understanding: the Earth and the human body operate through the same intelligence of balance, accumulation, and discharge. What differs is only scale. When seen through this lens, many phenomena that are feared, moralized, or misunderstood begin to reveal their functional purpose.
In the human body, secretions such as saliva, sweat, tears, urine, stool, and even emergency responses like vomiting are not signs of impurity or failure. They are self-regulatory exits—ways through which excess, toxins, heat, emotions, and pressure are released to preserve life. Suppressing or mismanaging these exits leads to illness; respecting them maintains health.
